Kingston Property Constructions is renowned as a leader in the field of industrial development and construction and specialises in the development of industrial estates on prestige land. KPC developed the 250 acre Kingston Links Estate in Rowville, comprising an industrial park, an up-market golf course and function centre (Kingston Links) and a residential estate of 160 housing lots. The industrial park houses such leading companies as Eurovox, Spalding, CMG, Novartis, Pegler Beacon, API, Crown Scientific and Heritage Chocolates. In the past two years KPC has also been involved in the highly successful Millennium Industrial Park in Knoxfield with developments completed for Narva, Brown & Watson, NGK Spark Plugs and the Consolidated Transport Group. In addition, KPC has recently been successful in acquiring the last major strategic industrial property holding of approximately 24 acres in Scoresby, known as Central Industry Park.
