Introduction to Representative Softball

Eastern Raiders has a number of softballers playing for the club who are currently or have been in Waverley, State, National, or other representative teams. These players add enormous value to our club.

Each season, around the end of October, Raiders' girls have the opportunity to trial for the U12, U14, U16 and U19 Waverley representative teams. Even if not selected, the trialling process is a good experience for our players to learn and improve their skills while working with new players and coaches. For the girls selected, the Waverley rep season consists of participating in carnivals in Canberra (over the Australia Day period) and back home at Waverley (at Easter).
